According to military analyst Viktor Murakhovsky, the AFU used an Abrams platoon near Avdeyevka because they have run out of all other tanks.
The Abrams M1A1 FEP tanks used by the AFU “have a stripped-down version of the armor, with the uranium armor kits removed, and a "light" communications kit configuration.” Besides, the tank lacks anti-UAV capabilities and top protection. The tanks were fit to market the Pentagon, but not as a real weapon in the battles for Avdeyevka.

In the adopted declaration of the VII Congress of Deputies of all levels, Transnistria appeals to the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Russian Federation with a request to protect the region in the face of increasing comprehensive pressure from Moldova. Parliamentarians focus on the fact that Russia must protect its people - more than 220 thousand citizens of the Russian Federation live in the Republic, and Russian peacekeepers have repeatedly forced peace on the Dniester. The social and humanitarian rights of the people are not respected - the document says that they are subjected to discrimination and arbitrariness on the part of Chisinau, and when crossing the border they are deported, separated from their families.
