December 26: Shutting down the Hoover Building.
After more than 20 years of failed attempts, we finalized a plan to permanently close the FBIโs Hoover headquarters and move the workforce into a safe, modern facility. Working directly with President Trump and Congress, we accomplished what no one else could.
When we arrived, taxpayers were about to be on the hook for nearly $5 billion for a new headquarters that wouldnโt open until 2035. We scrapped that plan. Instead, we selected the already-existing Reagan Building, saving billions and allowing the transition to begin immediately with required safety and infrastructure upgrades already underway. Once complete, most of the HQ FBI workforce will move in, and the rest are continuing in our ongoing push to put more manpower in the field, where they will remain.
This decision puts resources where they belong: defending the homeland, crushing violent crime, and protecting national security. It delivers better tools for todayโs FBI workforce at a fraction of the cost.

Iโve been avoiding this subject, but it is becoming a big deal.
For decades silver bounced off of an imaginary ceiling of $30/oz. That number is long gone.
Most of the values you see are based on paper contracts, that is, bets on silver value with no physical delivery. Buy the paper, watch the value, sell the paper for cash.
Right now the paper value is lagging physical supply. There isnโt enough silver to meet the demand for physical delivery. Thatโs turning up the heat.
On January 1st, China, a major producer of silver, will curtail exports, reducing them to a trickle. They will keep their physical silver for industrial use so as not to be caught without enough supply.
This will put additional upward pressure on the value.

2020 ELECTION ballots were being shredded just days after the November presidential election in Cobb County, Georgia on November 20, 2020, by a mobile shredding and recycling company.
Under 52 U.S.C. ยง 20701, federal law requires for all ballots and other election records from any election involving federal offices must be retained and preserved for a period of 22 months from the date of the election. This applies to all states and territories for federal contests.
For purely state or local elections without federal races on the ballot, retention periods can vary by state lawโoften 6 to 24 months or longer depending on the jurisdictionโbut the federal requirement sets the minimum standard when applicable.
Destruction is only permitted after this period, and only if no ongoing investigations, audits, or legal challenges require further preservation.
If you had millions of fraudulent ballots and wanted to get rid of the evidence, how else would you do it? You're not going to move millions of ballots 2x and then dispose of them. This would be the smartest and fastest solution.
