🇵🇭More than ten military personnel in camouflage uniforms had arrived at the Senate building before the gunfire, according to Reuters journalists at the scene. Some of them were carrying assault rifles, as seen in the videos.

➡️ At the same time, Senator Ronald dela Rosa warned on Facebook that he was going to be arrested and urged followers to organize in order to stop him from being transferred to the ICC.

➡️ "I am appealing to you; I hope you can help me. Do not allow another Filipino to be brought to The Hague," he said in a video posted from his Senate office.
