🇫🇷 FRENCH PEOPLE CREATED A PLATFORM TO SELL/BUY VOTES DURING THE ELECTION

A few days before the presidential and legislative elections in France, a service ironically called "Uber Elect" has emerged on social networks.

The site, which claims to have almost 3000 users already, is simple:
- it offers French citizens to sell their vote for 75 €
- it offers candidates to buy votes

The whole thing is apparently done with a proof of vote and a Monero transfer. A sort of Craigslist or democracy marketplace where people can monetize their citizenship. The uberization of democracy to it's end.

💥 This video has been circulating social media recently. it's unclear if this is just an ironic trolling operation to mock what Western democracies have become, or if this is a real business to sell votes. Whatever the case it exemplifies the perception of westerners (and especially the French) have on democracy.

🇫🇷🇺🇦 France supplied ammunition to the Ukrainian military by diplomatic mail on board, possibly civilian aircraft.

At one of the positions of the Ukrainian security forces in the Donbas, boxes with 12.7-mm cartridges were found, where the French embassy in Kiev is listed as the addressee.

🇫🇷📹❓ — Over the past days, a pro-Russian video was massively broadcasted on France's social medias, since a few days before the presidential election.

This video uses words like "Empire of Lies" or the "Z" of the Russian army. It denounces the degeneration of Western Europe with a succession of images, with a background of music from the... Choirs of the Red Army. Some of the images also seem to denounce compulsory vaccination, censorship of social networks, drugs and pornography.

It is not clear whether the video was produced by the Russian services. Russian citizens. Or by French pro-Russians.

This Sunday is the second round of the French presidential election, which sees Macron (anti-Russian, pro-NATO, pro-EU and pro-embargo despite the inflation they cause) and Marine Le Pen, a nationalist and populist candidate known to be hostile to NATO on its foreign policy and close to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

🇫🇷🇷🇺 French departments are obliged to finance the maintenance of Russian cargo ships immobilized in French ports, as their owners are targeted by the sanctions imposed on Russia. Nearly 50,000€ have already been spent on a single ship, largely paid for by the Brittany region, which is asking for help from the state.

The embassy fears spontaneous and potentially violent gatherings following the announcement of the results of the presidential election this evening. Americans in France are urged to «avoid protest areas, exercise caution near large gatherings or demonstrations, keep a low profile».

🇫🇷🗳 JOURNALIST MENTIONS SURGE OF FAR-LEFT VOTES TOWARDS MARINE LE PEN, GETS SHUT DOWN

👉🏻 As we reported earlier, the overseas territories results have shown a clear majority for Marine Le Pen. Considering how these lands are far-left strongholds, this might show a trend of far-left votes toward Macron's opponent.

📺 One of the journalist on LCI pointed out this fact, and got quickly reminded that journalists cannot disclose voting results before 8pm, local time.
