One of the candidates came… with his mother.
Life never prepared our boss for something like this. However, Mr.Allen wasn’t confused.
He was communicating with the interviewee's mother all the time😂 He said it was the most pleasant conversation he’s ever had.

Hey-ho, great traders!👋
Today, we’ll share the key points for creating a trading plan:
1. Outline your trading goals.
2. Develop a trading strategy concerning your aims: think about the timeframe, markets, currencies, instruments, entries and exits, rules, position sizing, and indicators you would like to use.
3. Create a risk management plan: determine the maximum amount you are willing to risk per trade, Stop Loss, Take Profit, and the risk/reward ratio; consider the potential impact of market volatility and different market conditions.
4. Track the market, economic calendar, news, and events that may impact your trading process.
5. Reflect on your performance to determine the efficiency of your trading plan and monitor your progress: review your trading journal, identify improvement areas, and make changes to your plan as needed.

But fate is a villain...
Something happened and Mike's camera turned on.
Everything would be fine, but Mike was... topless🫣
So the business call was a little brightened up with shades of webcam🤭
