IF the military is in control and Devolution is in place (which I believe it is), then any act of aggression or otherwise is at the direction of Good Patriots in charge no matter what the media portrays it as.

Yesterday, Chuck Todd went on TV and told everyone watching (not many, kek) that Biden is no longer mentally capable of being Commander in Chief

👀 Not once has Russia said they wanted to invade Ukraine, there’s nothing of interest for them there (ask yourself who would be interested in invading Ukraine... no offense).
