And he told the FBI General Counsel that he didn't do this on behalf of any client when in fact all along he was being paid by Hillary Clinton's campaign to do this work.

Devolutuon refers to the transfer or delegation of power to a lower level, by the federal government to local or regional administration. That has been happening since Trump took office. Ex, EPA was sent back to the various regions, FBI operates in 56 field offices, etc. This was/is being done to limit the size, scope, and power of the federal centralization. HOWEVER at no time are lower levels autonomous. AND at no time is/will the military be in charge.

Attorney General Mark Brnovich released the following statement regarding the Arizona Senate's draft report regarding the 2020 Election Audit in Maricopa County:

“I will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority. Arizonans deserve to have their votes accurately counted and protected.”
