I appreciate it when people want to double check my work. But it requires a special set of advanced computer skills and many weeks and hours commitment to do so. I've never met an election official who can do 10% of what I provide to local election integrity teams.

Feel free to dig in! You will be shocked how bad the situation is. You can download the data from the secretary of state and the US Census.

But... I've learned that most analyses are impotent in the fight for election integrity. So instead of merely analyzing data, simply check out the rolls in your own neighborhoods.

Then you'll be even more shocked.

Social media makes it espcially easy for people to expose their derangement and ignorance.

“Oregon Appearances Can Be Deceiving”

When I was a boy on the farm, I noticed a green patch of grass near the house. One day, I did some landscaping around it and manicured the lawn. It looked nice, surrounded by the otherwise dry terrain.

I was proud of my accomplishment, and showed it off to Mom when she got home. I’d set up a table and umbrella for her to relax in our charming country respite. I didn’t understand until I was older why this was unappealing to her, and she didn’t have the heart to tell me that I was dressing up the septic tank.

I think most Oregon election clerks are in a similar predicament…

They work hard dressing up their elections, but underneath their elections are full of human excrement.

And now that they know, I’m encouraging Oregon county clerks to behave like grownups and to manage their elections locally, instead of papering over the illegal, unconstitutional, election system that the state is imposing on their counties.

Ohio elections are institutionally and electronically rigged. Until citizens take back local control of their elections nothing will change. And yet, they continue to run furiously on their hamster wheels, wasting time and energy, getting nowhere.

Months ago I was told, “Dr Frank, we can’t implement your Seven Steps plan right now… we’re trying to get [so and so] elected.”

I replied, “Come and see me after you lose.”

At present, there is no meaningful election reform taking place in Ohio.

The Republican Party is compromised and complicit.

“UFO’s?”

As someone who understands the physics and the math, I can assure you that there is no chance that we are being visited by aliens from other planets.

I can also confirm that the possibility of life occurring by chance *anywhere* in the universe is astronomically small. Literally. The Fermi Paradox is only ever more problematic, the more we understand life.

Science fiction is fun. But it just that… fiction. Whenever I watch it I have to suspend my rational mind.

One of my heroes, Richard Feynman, demonstrated that even space travel to Mars is not feasible for humans.

On the other hand, spiritual beings visit us regularly.

The Oregon Secretary of State is holding a virtual town hall meeting tonight. I submitted the following question:

“Oregon citizens have been noting for several years that there are illegal registrations, illegal voters, and fraudulent voters in our elections. How come citizens, with less information than the state, can find these cases and you cannot? And why does it require a lawsuit (such as the recent Judicial Watch lawsuit) to force you to fulfill your legal duties as Secretary of State to remove 800,000 ineligible voters from the rolls?”

"The Oregon Primary Election Is Tainted from the Start"

I've attached an updated chart (with minor corrections) which summarizes changes in Oregon voter rolls over the past five years.

Even though it was recently proven in court that Oregon voter rolls are out of compliance with state and federal law (it contained a minimum of 800,000 ineligible voters), these extremely dirty voter rolls were nonetheless used for the 2026 primary.

This means that Oregon is mailing myriad ballots to people who are dead, gone, or ineligible to vote.

I don't have to argue this... not only has it been proven in court, but during each of my public presentations in Oregon I randomly look up multiple addresses of people attending. Without fail, we find fraud, illegal voting, and ineligible voters.

People publicly noted that ballots were being received at their homes for dead people and former residents. That their own ballots were being cast by someone else.

I've been preparing easy-to-use spreadsheets which allow citizens in every Oregon county to see how bad it is in their own homes and neighborhoods. After we find these breeches of your constitutional rights, we show them to the sheriffs and read them into the public record.

"Age 65—The Calculus of Demographics"

Since I just turned 65, I was pondering the statistics. I realized something that someone who doesn't understand integral calculus might find difficult to accept:

In the history of the world... HALF of all people who have ever been 65 or older are still alive today.

Put another way, if you add up the number of people who have EVER been alive who were 65 or older, half of them are STILL alive today.

Now before you panic about over-population... as the world population has been increasing, the standard of living has also been increasing, and our fertility rates have been rapidly declining. (It is typical for the fertility rate to drop as the standard of living in a society improves.)

I've done the calculation... long-term, our planet has the ability to sustain a population of about 15 billion at a typical US middle-class standard of living. World population is anticipated to peak around 10 billion people in 2050 and then stay there.

Sometimes I wonder how long God intends to continue this experiment... how many more people he wants to gather for his eternal kingdom from this phase of his creation.

This situation in Washington County Oregon exposes that dead people are "voting," that the signature verification does not work to validate ballots, and that county officials subsequently backdated deletion of the voter from the rolls.
