"Clarification Regarding Today's Testimony in the Peters Trial"

During the recording played in court today (a 12 minute excerpt), I am heard saying that Mr Lindell was paying me to travel the country finding fraud. I was not lying, but my statement is not correct. It needs to be understood in context.

The point of my comment was to assure the Mesa County election officials that I was not there to sell them my analytical services. Instead, I was offering to help them at no charge to them.

I had only just met Mr Lindell, and had entered into an expert witness retainer agreement with him, not being entirely sure where things were going.

But I never sent him a bill.

The work I do across the country is volunteer, and people donate to cover my travel expenses. Ask the event organizers... I don't charge a fee. Often, the donations are insufficient to cover my expenses.

This was an important decision I made early on my work, and one that has proven to be the right one. Mr Lindell was my inspiration in this regard, as he has put his entire personal wealth on the line, and is now in considerable debt.

I don't want there to be any confusion concerning my intentions on this matter.

“Tina Peters Trial Closing Arguments”

I listened to the closing arguments in the Tina peters trial this morning.

- I believe the prosecution weakened its case by making it so complicated.
- I believe the prosecution weakened its case by misrepresenting my comments for which there is a tape recording presented in evidence.
- I believe the prosecution weakened its case by not allowing important witnesses to appear, giving the jury the impression there was something to hide. Thus, there will be reasonable doubt.

I was involved throughout this entire situation from the beginning (in Tina Peters’ office) through the Symposium (where I was the MC). In all my interactions with Tina, I was impressed by her integrity, her attention to detail, and her desire to follow the law.

This case is about the state persecuting her because she has exposed state corruption and the illegality of the voting machines imposed upon their citizens.

Tina should be honored as a gold star mom and an honorable public servant who preserved important election records as required by law. Instead, corrupt state officials are tyrannically pissing on her life, her son’s grave, and her honor.

Justice will be served in the end. I’m a proponent of public hangings.
