"Our God-Given Natural Rights Enumerated in the Constitution"
KrisAnne Hall admonished me the other day regarding the language we use when referencing our state and federal constitutions.
We should not call them "constitutional rights," because that gives the misimpression that our rights flow from the constitutions.
Instead, we should call them, "Our God-Given Natural Rights Enumerated in the Constitution."
I agree, and am working on my language.
I see our rights as responsibilities. Each one of us has the sacred duty to promote and defend our liberty.
Life is a gift; freedom is a responsibility.

βThe Last Side that Touches the Machines Winsβ
As I travel the country, I hear all sorts of people trying to find ways to make computers work in our elections. But there isnβt a way. No electronic system or network is secure.
I oughtta know. Iβve been programming computers for fifty years, building electronics for decades, and was one of the first three hundred people on the internet.
Fact is, for elections, electronics are the wrong tools, and hands and feet and paper are the right tools.
Stalin said that it doesnβt matter who votes, but rather who counts the votesβbut that was before the age of electronics. Today, itβs whoever has access to the machines and the programming, because the machines are doing the counting.
So my version is, βLast Side that Touches the Machines Wins.β

"Computer Game Servers"
If you wouldn't trust our elections to be run on a computer game server, then why would you trust our elections to be run by a state network server?
There are NO secure networks. Not in banking, not in the military, and especially not in government.
Don't be duped. Our elections are now centrally-controlled by our state governments, on "internal secure networks." They are easily hackable, and constantly monitored by the federal government using Albert sensors (see CISA.gov).
Sad thing is, many of our Secretaries of State believe they are secure, even after we hack into their election equipment right in front of their eyes.

"State Constitutions"
Everyone should read their own state constitution. After all, WE THE PEOPLE *are* the government, so we ought to know the rules by which we are supposed to be governing.
Attached is the beginning of Nebraska's constitution. Note that Nebraska starts by thanking Almighty God for our freedom.
A great start, I'd say.
Next, their constitution makes a couple of very important points:
1) They have a right to bear arms (not to be infringed); and,
2) Their representative government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed.
It is not an accident that weapons are immediately juxtaposed with God-given freedom and *just powers* derived from the *consent* of the governed.
In other words, if WE THE PEOPLE do not consent, then any presumed government powers are *not* just.
That's why we *need* our weapons... we don't have to comply with an unjust government, and we have the means by which to defend our non-compliance.
