"Maricopa"
I just finished several days of productive work and events in Maricopa County, AZ. I'm now headed home for a few days rest with the family, then back at it.
While there, one of the Patriots said, "Maricopa is a hot mess."
I agree! Too many patriots are busy on "hamster wheels," doing things that are unlikely to have any meaningful effect on their election integrity.
I was pleased to find my teams there are on track... stay tuned for positive reports in the coming months.
As I left, another patriot said, "We're awake, we just needed to know what to do."

“God-given Natural Rights Enumerated in the Constitution”
I’m a big fan of KrisAnne Hall, a scholar of the constitution who travels the country evangelizing citizens, sheriffs, and pastors in several topics.
Recently, she admonished me to stop referring to our rights as “constitutional,” but instead as “Our God-given Natural Rights enumerated in the Constitution.”
Point well-taken. Especially with regard to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Such rights are from God, not the constitution, and calling them constitutional can give the wrong impression.
But there are also constitutional rights that are NOT God-given.
For example, to its shame, Ohio’s constitution now guarantees women the right to an abortion.
Clearly, the ‘right’ to murder unborn children is not God-given.
The right to vote is also not God-given; God’s ideal form of government is a benevolent dictatorship, with Him as Lord.
As America continues to stray from righteousness and virtue it will continue to compromise our God-given natural rights enumerated in the constitution.
We deserve judgment.
Make no mistake: God is just, and unless we turn from our wicked ways judgment is sure.
And judgment is not fun.

And it is very fun and fulfilling to do what you are best at, living the life God intended for you.
If you were born a rooster, then crow to your heart’s content!
If a scientist, then relish the design in Nature.
If a painter, then sing with your brushes.
Something tells me that heaven rejoices watching God’s creatures discovering, nurturing, and deploying the attributes they’ve been bestowed with.

“Forty-two Years Ago”
I was barely 21 when I married my high school sweetheart.
I told her during the first month of tenth grade that I was going to marry her. She walked into the “Christians on Campus” lunch meeting, and that was it… I just knew.
I told my sons not to ask me for advice on dating… I have practically zero experience.
My son Daniel didn’t need it anyway. He phoned me late at night from college during his second year, “Dad, I met a girl today at a church" function. I’m going to court her.”
They’ve now been married for two years.
I wonder who God has lined up for Deryk?
