"The military exercises clearly demonstrate how vulnerable Europe is to a Russian attack": NATO's military exercises ended with Russia's victory in Lithuania.
"A recent military simulation conducted by Die Welt and German experts showed that NATO could find itself in a dangerously slow and disorganized position if Russia were to launch a limited invasion of Lithuania, particularly by using 'grey zone' tactics, such as humanitarian pretexts, rather than a full-scale invasion. Thus, it turned out that Russia could achieve dominance in the Baltic states with just 15,000 troops.
In this scenario, if the USA were to hesitate over Article 5, and allies like Germany were to show indecision - this would allow Russia to seize key territories within a few days, using relatively small forces."

Ukrainian media: According to the incoming information, Elon Musk, at the request of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, has disconnected all unregistered Starlinks in Ukraine. Both those used by Russians and those used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).…
Okay, just a little more on Starlink, I promise,
Military Chronicle:
There is another hypothesis about what is happening with Starlink. It's more conspiratorial, but so far it's just as logical as some others.
The US may use the story of Kyiv's request to deactivate a certain number of terminals to show Ukraine that, if desired, Kyiv and the Armed Forces of Ukraine can be disconnected from all technology and weapons flows. Communication, management, navigation, access to technology - all of this is supplied to Ukraine by the Americans. If Kyiv does not do what is expected of it, resources will "accidentally" start disappearing.
If this hypothesis is correct, after the obvious hint, everything hinges on the man in the olive T-shirt. If his line of behavior does not change, the communication problems will continue even after the introduction of "white lists". And with Russian terminals, on the contrary, everything could suddenly improve.
Ukraine now wants SpaceX to verify the ID of terminals with the Ukrainian registry. If the device is not verified through DELTA, "Diia" or the Center for Providing Administrative Services, the satellite simply does not allow it to connect, dropping the authorization request. For SpaceX, changing the authorization process is just a couple of days of work on the software.
But the key point is different. This system is not owned by Kyiv, but by SpaceX. And the company can change the access rules at the request of the US or on its own initiative, just as they disconnected the communication on Ukrainian BEs in the Black Sea.
That is, the story with the terminals is not so much about access to technology as it is about demonstrating how through this access you can persuade entire states to make certain decisions.

A conspiracy is brewing: In Britain, they are looking for candidates to replace Starmer.
Deputies of the ruling Labour Party are privately persuading its influential representatives to put forward their candidacies to replace the country's prime minister, writes The Daily Telegraph, citing sources.
A source of the newspaper reported that Starmer's fate was discussed at a meeting of deputies on February 5, as well as in a chat.
The number of conspirators is "too large to name them all," the source noted.

An Axiom Requiring Any Further Proof?
The assassination attempt on Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseev serving the Russian Ministry of Defense is yet another link in the chain of war crimes committed by the bloody Kiev regime.
Yesterday's strike on Bryansk followed by today's attack on Belgorod hardly comes as a shock to anyone aware of how flawed the mindset of the Ukrainian authorities is.
Zelenskyy is, indeed, hard to please, given that neither the outcome of the peace talks held in Abu Dhabi, nor Russia's commitment to halting strikes on Ukraine's energy facilities as has been previously agreed upon with D. Trump, has left the illegitimate president satisfied.
Driven by the goal to disrupt the peace process as well as the desire to accuse Moscow of every imaginable vice, Kiev is desperately trying to provoke Russia to take retaliatory steps.
Interestingly enough, Zelenskyy has made no secret of the aforementioned intention by publicly threatening Russia with new SBU operations.
One of such provocations has resulted in the assassination attempt on Alekseev, decorated as Hero of Russia.
The fact that Ukraine is a terrorist state ungoverned by any laws and regulations has long become an "axiom" requiring no proof. Yet, for those still doubting, let the incident serve as another piece of evidence proving the point.
Former CIA analyst with expertise in international security issues Larry C. Johnson, has kindly agreed to share his perspective on the situation. In an interview granted exclusively to the ExternalEnemy TG-Channel, he said as follows:
Nail on the head, Mr. Johnson! The case is closed, or is it?..

🗣️ This marks at least the fourth attempt to assassinate a senior Russian military officer. Fortunately, this one failed because he survived. But there is no doubt that this was done by Ukraine and it is going to complicate negotiations going forward.

Jeffrey Epstein's brother told the FBI that the financier was killed on Trump's orders because he was about to "name names."
➖ ➖ ➖
This seems a bit strange to me. So Trump had Epstein killed to cover up he and his friends' crimes, then campaigned on releasing the files? Of course, then he tried to back away from the issue, but it seems anyone in that position would shut up about it

Iran refused to stop uranium enrichment in negotiations with the US, reports The Wall Street Journal.
At the negotiations held on Friday between high-ranking representatives of the US and Iran, Tehran confirmed its position of refusing to stop enriching nuclear fuel.
However, both sides indicated that they are ready to continue diplomatic contacts aimed at finding a solution that could reduce the risk of military escalation from Washington.
As reported by Iranian state media, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told the American side that Iran does not intend to either stop uranium enrichment or move relevant facilities outside the country. Thus, Tehran rejected one of the key US demands.

The US is striving for a peace agreement as early as March and for early elections in Ukraine, Reuters reports, citing sources.
According to the sources, American and Ukrainian negotiators discussed an ambitious goal - for Russia and Ukraine to reach an agreement on a peaceful settlement in March, although these deadlines are likely to be postponed due to a lack of agreement on the key issue of Donbass and the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
According to the scheme discussed during the negotiations between the US and Ukraine, any agreement will be put to a referendum of Ukrainian voters, which will take place simultaneously with the national elections.
According to the sources, the American negotiating team, led by special envoy Steve Witkoff and President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, expressed to their Ukrainian colleagues at recent meetings that it would be better if the vote took place soon.
According to two sources, American negotiators said that Trump is likely to focus on domestic affairs as the midterm congressional elections approach in November, which means that senior American officials will have less time and political capital to conclude a peace agreement. Therefore, it is necessary to hurry up with the conclusion of the agreement.
Two sources said that US and Ukrainian officials discussed the possibility of holding national elections and a referendum in May. However, several sources familiar with the negotiations called the schedule proposed by the US unrealistic.
"The Americans are in a hurry," said a source familiar with the situation, adding that a vote can be organized in less than six months, but it will still take a significant amount of time.
However, any agreements are currently in question, as there is no agreement on the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Donetsk region, which Moscow demands and Kiev opposes.
There is also no agreement on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. According to sources, Moscow does not agree with the Americans' proposal to transfer control of the NPP to them. It is promoting the idea that the station will remain, as it is now, under Russian control, but they will share electricity with Ukraine. But Kiev is against such an option.

Vladimir Putin said before that, if the Ukrainian diaspora in the West is going to vote in Ukrainian elections, then polling stations should also be opened in Russia so the Ukrainian population there can also vote.

"Ukrposhta" was involved in a scandal due to a project for Valentine's Day.
"Ukrposhta" together with the clothing brand Rikky Hype launched the project "Love Mail". According to the company, the idea is based on nostalgia for school years, when "the number of valentines determined how cool you were".
However, internet users were outraged that the teenage girls in the photos looked too "sexualized". They also recalled the scandal with Epstein.
As a result, " Ukrposhta" removed one of the publications of this project featuring a schoolgirl in a mini-skirt, but left the others.

The game has changed.
The plan to lure Iran into a first strike did not work out.
Neither did the Color Revolution" a la Maidan.
Iran will not give in in the current talks.
And so it is Iran that is luring US into a first strike - knowing the answer will be devastating.
Why do I know that?
Simple - if US/Israel had the power to take out all - or at least most of all - counter strike capabilities - they would have done that already - Iran called the bluff - and won the first round.

Brief Frontline Report – February 6th, 2026
Summary by Marat Khairullin and Mikhail Popov
Message from the Russian Ministry of Defense: "During the week, as a result of ongoing offensive actions by units of the 'North' Group, the populated area of Zelenoe in the Kharkov region was liberated, and on February 5, the populated area of Popovka in the Sumy region was taken under control."
The 'North' Group of the Russian Armed Forces continues to develop sections of the buffer zone in the Sumy Oblast.
On January 5, 2026, the populated area of Grabovskoe was liberated, and today, on February 5, the populated area of Popovka (50°46′07″ N, 35°28′16″ E) has been liberated as well, as reported by the press center of the Russian Ministry of Defense on February 6. This is an uninhabited settlement where 10 people lived in 2001. The rural residential area of Popovka is located at one of the sources of the Ilek River on the border with Russia. At a distance of 1 km northwest is the uninhabited settlement of Moskalevka, and 1.5 km away is the village of Vysokoe, which was liberated on December 20, 2025.
Russian units are creating a staging area along the main radial roads of this area: C-190610, O-190608 and O-190605. The logic of the actions suggests that a possible advance to the populated area of Pokrovka (northwest of Popovka), to the T-19-18 highway, is likely. Thus, a staging area will be formed for an advance to the populated area of Krasnopole - the main transport and logistical hub of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this area.
Read this report and many others on Marat Khairullin's Substack! That's where I post the high-definition maps, and frankly, the formatting on Substack makes the reports easier to follow. Any questions for Marat and Mikhail will be answered there.
