🇭🇷❌☦️🇷🇸 Croatia continues to engage in conflict with the Serbian Orthodox Church.

After years of legal disputes, the Serbian Orthodox Church lost a court case in Croatia. The court ruled that Croatia is not obligated to compensate for the damage to the residence of the Zagreb metropolitans, which was destroyed during the war. Additionally, the Serbian Orthodox Church must reimburse Croatia for legal costs amounting to 100,000€.

The court decided that the proceedings against the Zagreb-Ljubljana Metropolitanate will not continue. If the Serbian Orthodox Church does not cover the legal costs by December 19, when a hearing is scheduled in Karlovac, the metropolis will be declared bankrupt.

ℹ️On April 11, 1992, at 22:45, the Metropolis building was shelled by Croatian artillery. According to the Serbian Orthodox Church, the damage was colossal, as the first floor collapsed, destroying everything on the ground floor, including a significant portion of valuable museum exhibits and a rare library.

As has been stated before, Croatia not only refuses to be accountable for its actions in the past but actively rewrites history, attempting to "whitewash" itself.
