⬇️ Russian forces continue the operation to encircle the fortified area of Avdeevka.

➡️In the north, Ukrainian formations under Russian artillery fire were forced to retreat from the village of Petrovske (Stepove). Currently, the settlement is in a gray zone, with Russian forces consolidating on the eastern outskirts, expanding control along the railway track.

➡️There is also progress from the terricon side: the Russian army has cleared the purification facilities southeast of the ash dump of the Avdeevka coke plant. There is no current advance towards the city and storming of the plant.

➡️Advancing from Yasynuvata, Russian forces have occupied up to 40% of the industrial zone in the southeast of Avdeevka, currently repelling attacks by Ukrainian formations on the occupied positions.
