The new Danish aid package will include Soviet T-72EA and BMP-2 tanks, NATO 155mm artillery ammunition, drones, small arms and armored recovery vehicles. The supply of the latter is financed jointly with Germany.

“This is equipment and ammunition that is in demand in Ukraine and which is crucial for maintaining the combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the statement says.
