This is the first time the FACE Act is being used this way, as per Bondi at the IAC Summit, with Miriam Adelson praising her for “moral clarity.”

DOJ claims these suits protect religious freedom, but it’s really a censorship tool, used to criminalize pro-Palestine protest. The DOJ is citing “antisemitic intimidation.”

What is the FACE Act?
The 1994 law bans threats/obstruction at clinics or religious sites. It was written to stop anti-abortion extremists. Now it’s being used against anti-Israel demonstrators.

Biobío Governor Sergio Giacaman says the pattern of the fires strongly suggests intentional ignition.

He cited the simultaneity of multiple fire foci, their strategic placement, and their alignment with wind direction, allowing them to connect and spread rapidly.

"I have no proof, but I have no doubt that this was intentional: the presence of multiple, simultaneous spotlights and with orientations so that they could connect, by virtue of the speed and direction of the wind, makes us think the worst."

He emphasized that technical teams reviewing the fire evolution, particularly on January 17, observed indicators of deliberate coordination, noting this would not be the first such incident.

From his perspective, he remarked: "From my way of seeing, it is absolutely intentional. It was sought to generate damage and fear in the population, and what was done was fulfilled."

Authorities have called for a full investigation as emergency response efforts continue.

🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇷The Jerusalem Post: The US is building up a military group in the Middle East, leaving the option of a strike on Iran

The American armed forces continue to increase their presence in the Middle East, deploying additional forces to the region, including an aircraft carrier strike group led by the USS Abraham Lincoln. The ships have reached the Strait of Malacca and are expected to enter the area of responsibility of the US Central Command (CENTCOM) in the next five to seven days. At the same time, 12 F-15 fighters have arrived in Jordan, and military transport aircraft have arrived at Diego Garcia base, indicating large-scale preparations for possible military action.

"American officials told The Jerusalem Post that 'all options are on the table now'. They added that the goal is to create a significant grouping in the region that will provide President Trump with a wide range of options in case he decides to strike Iran," the publication reported.

Despite the show of force, the decision on a possible strike faces a number of practical and political constraints. As it became known, some Arab states have already warned Washington that they will not allow their territory to be used for the takeoff of aircraft to attack Iran. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during a conversation with Trump, also expressed concern, noting that Israel is not ready to repel a possible Iranian response on its own in the absence of sufficient American forces in the region.

"Iranian President Mahmoud Pezeshkian responded that a strike on the supreme leader (Ali Khamenei) would be tantamount to a full-scale war with Iran," the publication reported.
