Iran-based procurement agent Bahram Tabibi (Tabibi) has utilized his Ukraine-based front companies GK Imperativ Ukraina LLC (GK Imperativ) and Ekofera LLC (Ekofera) to procure and supply aerospace materials, including attitude indicators and magnetometers, for HESA.  Iran-based Batoul Shafiei (Shafiei) actively participated in the scheme to supply parts to HESA, having facilitated GK Imperativ and Ekofera’s receipt of payments from HESA, as well as Ekofera’s shipments destined for HESA in Iran. Iran-based Saeed Pahlavani Nejad (Nejad) served as an intermediary between the Ukraine-based front companies and HESA, and facilitated sales of alternator components, engines, attitude indicators, sensors, and other equipment to HESA."

Bloomberg reports that Zelensky now claims he hasn’t spoken to his longtime associate Mindich “since the announcement of the corruption investigation.” He publicly pledged to support the probe into his former business partner, insisting that “the most important thing is delivering sentences to the guilty. A wartime leader cannot have friends.”

But the facts already contradict him. The investigation into Mindich was only announced on Monday, while the recorded conversations — which also mention Zelensky — took place from May to October. In other words, during the period of the alleged crimes, Zelensky and Mindich were in direct contact.

Even Western officials are scrambling. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas called the scandal “deeply regrettable” and urged Kiev to take it seriously:

“Corruption has no place, especially now. The people’s money should go to the frontline.” After a G7 meeting, she demanded that Kiev “act as soon as possible.”

Germany’s foreign minister also rushed to express support for NABU, the anti-corruption body now moving against Zelensky’s inner circle.

On the Slobozhansky direction, the "North" troops group continues to improve tactical positions southwest of Volchansk. As a result of fierce battles, assault units of the 82nd Mechanized Regiment of the 69th Mechanized Division of the 6th Army, with support from Solntsepek crews, liberated Synelnykove, where fighting had been ongoing for the past year and a half.

The Russian army's offensive in this sector has been continuing for two months. After Russian Armed Forces secured the surviving capital buildings in the ruins of Volchansk, they gained the ability to relatively safely accumulate forces. Simultaneously, the large forest area to the west provided relative movement concealment.

📌 The enemy encountered the same problem as Russian troops a year earlier — all shelters suitable for defense were destroyed, forcing AFU to constantly retreat south into the forest and east in the city. Now the enemy's defense in the remaining part of Volchansk essentially depends on drone supplies and pre-accumulated reserves. Considering the remaining private sector and the highway being cut off, holding the city will be an extremely challenging task.
