🙃🇷🇺Russian military has discovered the body of a pensioner who was abused by Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers in the Kursk region in 2024. Gunshot wounds were found on the man's body.

A terrible story happened in August 2024 in the Kursk region. Armed Ukrainian soldiers in SS helmets mocked a defenseless grandfather in every possible way, whom they met on the road on the outskirts of Sudzha. Nothing was known about the further fate of Alexander Grigoriev. But today, the acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, announced that the grandfather's body was found with bullet wounds.

"Our soldiers found gunshot wounds on the man's body. Senseless, bestial cruelty," Khinshtein wrote on his Telegram.

73-year-old Aleksandr Grigoriev left the DPR in 2014 due to attacks of Kiev nazi regime. Together with his family, he moved to the village of Gogolevka in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region.

Alexander was a miner in the past, and worked in the Donetsk mines all his life. His wife died in 2012. In Gogolevka, the pensioner lived with his daughter and her husband. According to the villagers, everyone loves Alexander Stepanovich, he is a "kind and good grandfather." Recently, the pensioner was gardening and looking after chickens until the Ukrainian Armed Forces arrived.

Earlier, a video appeared on the Internet where two Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers mock Alexander in the Kursk region, parodying the German accent. The Ukrainian in the SS helmet turned out to be 38-year-old resident of the city of Horodenka in the Ivano-Frankovsk region Vasyl Danylyuk. He shouted to the lost grandfather: "Hey, Russian Ivan! Go drink vodka, you Russian swine!".

5 million rubles were offered for the capture of Danylyuk and another nazi who was with him at the time.

🇷🇺 🌿 Botanical Garden of Tver State University

The garden was founded in 1875 by merchant Ilya Bobrov. After Bobrov’s passing, the garden was handed over to Leonid Kolakovsky, who created a diverse collection of shrubs and trees. In 1930, it became a children’s park, which led to the loss of many plants. In 1938, the garden was transferred to the Kalinin Pedagogical Institute, and restoration efforts began. During the Great Patriotic War, the garden was nearly destroyed, with only a few oaks and larches planted in 1875 surviving. Since 1949, restoration work has been ongoing.
