Solutions to common temporary issues after system upgrade
After the system upgrade, some users, due to DNS cache, may have trouble accessing Binance for a short while. Normally, the problem will be resolved automatically within a few hours.
We have summarized the following solutions to help you access Binance as soon as possible. If the problem still remains, please contact our customer service for further help. (https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)
1. Website--- If you are unable to access our website www.binance.com, please try to visit via https://us.binance.com/ or https://kr.binance.com . These are legitimate sub-domains.
2. Withdrawal--- For withdrawal email confirmation issues, try editing the first digits of withdrawal confirmation address with "kr" or "us" instead of the "www". If that doesn't work please try using a different web browser like Opera.
3. APP--- App does not load Kline (candlestick charts)
Solution:
Switch the phone to airplane mode first. Then restart the phone and turn off the airplane mode. Open Binance App and see if it works.
Change the network setting, e.g. switch from Wifi to cellular.
For Apple iOS system only: Go to "Settings" - "General" - "Reset", select "Reset Network Settings." (Note: This will clear all of your WiFi settings before, and phone restart is needed to complete the reset.)
If all above do not work for you, please visit official Binance website via mobile browser.
4. PC---Cannot log in PC Client
Solution:
Please log in via official website temporarily. Should you have any trouble logging in, please refere to question 1.

Solution:
Check if the PC client is the latest version Binance v1.2.8. Click "Settings" on the top right corner of the menu and a pop up window would display the version of your current PC Client. If it is not the latest version, please close the PC Client and then reopen to get automatic upgrade.
If it is not automatically upgraded to the latest version, please uninstall current one and reinstall via the following link. https://ftp.binance.com/pc_pack/Binance.exe
