As the sun rises this morning, @NOAA's #GOESEast 🛰️ can see #Tammy, which is now a Post-Tropical Cyclone. This means it no longer possesses sufficient tropical characteristics to be considered a tropical cyclone. However, it was still producing 85 mph (hurricane-force) winds at the last report.
