A broad zone of 20-25 kt E-SE surface winds extend well to the N and NW of Hurricane #Tammy through the Leeward Islands and into #PuertoRico Numerous squalls can be seen on satellite this morning. These winds are leading to a very large area of seas 12 ft and greater. #marinewx
