It's #WorldEggday! 🥚

So we are flying over Egg Island, in the Bahamas.

With about 900 sq m, Egg Island is officially an islet. It's a tiny uninhabited patch at the northwest end of the Eleuthera archipelago.

But why is it called Egg Island?

It's thought that this island was home to chickens owned by residents of other nearby islands who used to travel there to collect eggs.
