The Water Vapor channel on @NOAA's #GOESWest (#GOES18) 🛰️ helped track the enormous amounts of moisture that spread across California from an #AtmosphericRiver between Nov. 13-16. The storm dumped several inches of rain, prompting dangerous flash flooding and landslides across southern California.
