A lot has changed since 2005. In this video, NHC Warning Coordination Meteorologist Robbie Berg talks about some of the advancements made in hurricane forecasting and communication from NHC since that time.

Be on the lookout all week as we highlight some of the improvements made in tropical cyclone genesis, track, intensity, and storm surge forecasting since Hurricane Katrina.
