This @CopernicusEU Sentinel-1 false-colour composite shows Lake Alakol together with Lake Koshkarkol and Lake Sasykkol, a lake system declared a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and a stopover for migrating pelicans and flamingos.
