On this day, we celebrate over 60,000 lives saved thanks to 406 MHz emergency beacons and the global @COSPAS_SARSAT program.

Last year alone, 411 lives were saved in the U.S. thanks to @NOAA satellites and our partners at @USCG, @USAirForce and @NASA.
