📌 El gobierno provincial pretende que la legislatura apruebe antes de fin de año una flexibilización de la Ley Bosques que validará los desmontes ilegales ya realizados y permitirá la autorización de desmontes por más de 700.000 hectáreas, incluso en zonas donde hoy no está permitido.

🪵 Además de validar los desmontes ilegales ya realizados y no obliga a su restauración; habilita a autorizar desmontes en bosques actualmente protegidos; provoca la fragmentación del territorio de grandes mamíferos amenazados, como el yaguareté; y porque para su elaboración no fueron consultadas las comunidades indígenas.

⏩ Instamos al gobernador Sáenz y a los legisladores provinciales a que no aprueben este ordenamiento territorial, ya que será una catástrofe para el ambiente y para las comunidades indígenas y campesinas. Es un retroceso ilegal e inadmisible. De sancionarse, iremos a la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación para frenarlo.
