Hurricane #Franklin is entering an eyewall replacement cycle as a strong secondary band wraps around the inner eyewall. Storms that are as strong as Franklin is (Cat 4) typically will weaken in the short term from this process. CIMSS M-PERC shows high probabilities of an ERC.
