NOAA increased their prediction for the ongoing 2023 Atlantic hurricane season stating current ocean and atmospheric conditions, such as record-warm Atlantic SSTs, are likely to counterbalance the usually limiting conditions associated with El Niño. climate.gov/news-features/fe…

The storms are parallel to one another in the Atlantic Ocean, close to Florida.
