"MCBOS failure to comply with valid and enforceable legislative subpoenas that originated from the AZ Senate."
Attachment outlines the materials the MCBOS failed to provide:
All user names, passwords, pins and/or security keys or tokens, all ballot tabulation devices used in connection with Nov. 3, 2020, and administrator access required to access and print the configuration of the ICP2 devices; routers; splunk and network logs.
This will force AG Brnovich to open an investigation.

The 1487 request to the Arizona Attorney General has been filed against the Maricopa Board of Supervisors by Sonny Borelli on behalf of the Arizona Senate. I support this and hope the AG lays the smack down. Throw the book at them!

Go get that equipment, AG Brnovich, and slap them with those misdemeanors. The penalty for failure to comply with a legislative subpoena is minor under the current law, but what penalties will be applied after we have the equipment and uncover the role the County played in this coup?
Hold strong. For everyone that says the Judges and courts are corrupt, do not forget that our State Statute on the Senate's authority to oversee elections and issue subpoenas is very plain and clear. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason reinforced this - firmly.
