Dr. Stella Immanuel, pro-hydroxychloroquine Doctor from TX who saved thousands of lives, filed a $100 million lawsuit against CNN and Host Anderson Cooper in Federal Court July 27th for false and defamatory statements.

"In an effort to vilify, demonize and embarrass President Trump, Cooper and CNN published a series of statements of fact about Dr. Immanuel that injured her reputation and exposed her to public hatred, contempt, ridicule, and financial injury,” the lawsuit stated.

Immanuel said that she believes Cooper and CNN “effectively caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands whose lives would have been spared if they had been treated early with HCQ.”

The 1487 request to the Arizona Attorney General has been filed against the Maricopa Board of Supervisors by Sonny Borelli on behalf of the Arizona Senate. I support this and hope the AG lays the smack down. Throw the book at them!

Go get that equipment, AG Brnovich, and slap them with those misdemeanors. The penalty for failure to comply with a legislative subpoena is minor under the current law, but what penalties will be applied after we have the equipment and uncover the role the County played in this coup?

Hold strong. For everyone that says the Judges and courts are corrupt, do not forget that our State Statute on the Senate's authority to oversee elections and issue subpoenas is very plain and clear. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason reinforced this - firmly.
