Come August 2nd, let's hope the Senate has a plan to enforce that subpoena when the Board doesn't comply
(***File Enforcement Action***)
ANOTHER BREAKING UPDATE: From State Senator Wendy Rogers' channel (@wendyrogersaz), the Arizona Senate also issued a subpoena for Dominion, 7/26/21.

BREAKING: The Arizona Senate issues two more subpoenas today. One to the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and one to Dominion. I would not blow these off!
Statement from Senate President Karen Fann 7/27/21 re: final recount, Ken Bennett and Maricopa County Board of Supervisors withholding information and election materials.

Nothing new here about enforcement. ⬆️ (Video above: https://xn--r1a.website/ArizonaRedRoots/1758)

Where is the discussion on filing an Enforcement Action, or forcing the AG to open an investigation into the Board by a Legislator filing a report with the AG's office? What about filing in AZ Supreme Court with a Motion to Compel for the materials, or going back to Superior Court with the same motion? Unclear on why we keep saying this will be a "Court battle" - the Jan. subpoena was ruled legal and enforceable by a Superior Court Judge. The Senate has the authority to review elections and issue subpoenas. If their new subpoenas are again not complied with by the County, why would we assume a lengthy battle? Our State Statutes are clear on the Senate's authority. Go back to court - it'll be quick and effective. The Judge can order the Board to Comply and hold them in contempt of court if they refuse his orders.

How many of you think Doug Ducey will call a Special Session? He certified the AZ election in the middle of our election hearing with dozens of witnesses of outrageous fraud and irregularities.

BREAKING 🚨

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann sent a FOIA request for ALL communications that Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has about the Maricopa County Audit.

Karen Fann said “I can’t disclose what we’re looking for at this time”

Did Katie get caught obstructing Justice?

Message from Ken Bennett:

Gail,
President Fann and I are working on a joint statement to be released as soon as possible, which might be tomorrow since she is out of state. It will include me as continuing as Senate Liaison. Thank you.
Ken

I just received the text personally from him.
Thank you for the update on Ken Bennett, @GailGolec.

Don't let the fake news media toss us around. That's what they want, to discredit the audit, the people involved, and to create infighting and doubt. We await a joint statement from Karen Fann and Ken Bennett.

The audit has completed the last recount of the total number of ballots and is expected to move forward with canvassing, starting with a "sampling" of the discrepancies between the voter registrations and the voter records. It is unknown how much canvassing, if any, will be included in the final report.
Statement from Cyber Ninjas disclosing funding of the AZ audit and thanking everyone involved in the tremendous effort of piercing through the cloud of fraud in 2020.
An unpleasant reminder - Twitter statement from AZ AG Mark Brnovich on Twitter Nov. 5th assuring Arizona voters they were not disenfranchised if they voted with a sharpie. Is the statement still on the AZ AG's site?
