Ken Bennett says the Arizona Audit will take a break starting on Saturday 5/15 and restart on Monday 5/24 to accommodate the previously planned high school graduation ceremonies.
Good Job Patriots!🇺🇸 Senator Townsend Says Election Issues Will Be Fixed Before a Sine Die Adjournment Vote

“Townsend says she's received assurances that the legislature will "fix" other issues with elections this session, in time for 2022 election. Her comments suggest that lawmakers will introduce new election legislation this year before lawmakers adjourn sine die.”

As a result, “Townsend says she's voting aye, giving SB1485 the 16th vote it lacked last time when she voted against it.”

SB1485 Passes Senate and Is Signed Into Law by Ducey

Proud to vote for this bill (SB1485) and I am glad it passed! It is an outstanding bill that helps clean up the voter rolls and protects us from fraud. "Renames the permanent early voting list (PEVL) as the active early voting list (AEVL). Removes a voter from the AEVL if the voter fails to vote by early ballot in all regular primary or regular general elections and all city or town candidate primary or first elections or city or town candidate second, general or runoff elections for two consecutive election cycles. Requires counties to notify a voter prior to removing that voter from the AEVL."

AZ Election Observer Testifies that Private Company Was Scanning Ballots Offsite & Delivering Them to Counting Center for SEVEN Days After the Election!

Election observer, Jan Bryant, testified before the Arizona Legislature on 11/30 and explained that Maricopa County officials did not run the election, Dominion employees John and Bruce did.

Bryant also told the Arizona lawmakers that there were daily ballot deliveries to MCTEC by Runbeck Election Services. These deliveries occurred during a 7-day! period from 11/3 to at least 11/10, according to witness testimony (transcribed by TGP). In response to questions from the volunteers, supervisors repeatedly explained that “Runbeck has high speed scanners.” Bryant was told the ballots were scanned offsite by Runbeck and then delivered to the Maricopa County Election Center.

Excellent video from @AZinformer Channel

James T. Harris of KFYI speaks with Arizona Audit Liaison Ken Bennett to understand why the audit is being conducted and how it works.

Ken explains that 33K ballots had no Presidential vote recorded by the Dominion machines. This is in a race “won” by a 0.3% margin (10K votes). He also notes that approximately 90% of the 2.1M ballots were mailed. The audit is looking for any ballots that were uncounted, mail-in ballots without folds, with machine-filled-in bubbles, printed on unofficial paper, or without proper alignment marks, and any envelopes that are missing signatures. He mentioned that they are also checking on ballots that have not been accounted for e.g. returned ballots.

Ken hopes the audit will be about 1/3 complete by the end of the week.

Arizona Today - Interview with Senator Borrelli and Col. Waldron

Dr. Lyle Rapacki interviews Arizona Senator Sonny Borrelli and Col. Phil Waldron about the Arizona forensic audit. They discuss the latest refusal of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to turn over the routers, and other obstacles.

Responding to the numerous requests for County Supervisor arrests, Borrelli explains that the Senate does not “have the authority to put anyone in jail… We don’t have prosecutorial authority. That would go through the AG.”

Waldron completely debunks the “audit” performed by Maricopa County. The 2 “auditors” chosen by the County were from FEC approved laboratories — labs not audit firms. Even an FEC official admitted that the firms are “not approved auditors” and “it would be doubtful if they could detect any fraud in the systems.” Waldron further points out that if the admin passwords were not available, Pro V&V and SLI could not have verified the software on the machines as specified in their scope of work. “One way or another, the Board of Supervisors are lying — they’re either lying about the passwords or lying about the specificity of the [fake] “audits” they conducted,” Waldron says.

According to Waldron, there are 8 other states (in addition to Arizona) currently conducting audits.

Arizona Audit Update! Should The Board Of Supervisors Be In Jail?! | Nick Moseder

Yes, they should be in jail. But how to accomplish that is the more difficult question. Nick Moseder (who we love) comes down pretty hard on the AZ Senate for not enforcing their subpoena against the Maricopa Supervisors. Here are some nuances to consider:

First, as far as we understand it, any new subpoenas would compel sworn testimony from the Supervisors and/ or request the admin passwords from Dominion, which is different from issuing a second subpoena for items already requested. Having the Supervisors testify under oath is actually a good strategy.

Second, as Senator Borrelli explains, the Senate does not have the authority to put people in jail. If a person is held in legislative contempt, they can be brought before the state Legislature and charged with a class 2 misdemeanor. The problem is that tie-breaking RINO Senator Paul Boyer voted against holding the Supervisors in contempt.

Who else could potentially enforce the subpoena? Soros-backed Sheriff Penzone who wrote a letter stating that personal information from his office was held on the County routers? Unlikely. AG Brnovich who has been a reluctant supporter of the audit and is friendly with Soros-backed audit obstructionist Katie Hobbs? Unlikely.

Yes, the Senate subpoenas need to be enforced. But rather than throw around the the easy-to-say “Arrest them!” criticisms — let’s think through how to make this happen.

Victory News interviews Rep. Mark Finchem about the Arizona audit. Finchem describes the triple hand recount process to examine the votes for President and US Senate. The audit is all the more important now given new information suggesting the Maricopa Supervisors may have ceded control of the election to Dominion. The goal of the audit is to validate what the election machines reported (will the hand recount reconcile?), find the fraud vectors, and fix the problems.

Meanwhile, mainstream media is doing all they can to obstruct the audit — harassing observers, misrepresenting court cases and motive, and attacking the People’s right to scrutinize the results of their own election. “This is an exercise in sovereignty.”

Good Riddance to RINOS🦏
Great News! More than 100 RINOs “Threaten” to Form 3rd Party Over Trump
. We’ll Help You Pack🧳 | Axios

More than 100 Republicans will sign a letter Thursday threatening to create a third party if the GOP doesn't "break" with former President Trump, Reuters first reported.

Why it matters: Per Axios' Mike Allen and Jim VandeHei, Trump's grip on the GOP has gotten stronger since the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. The Republican Party's "allegiance to Trump" as he continues to make false claims about his 2020 election loss has "dismayed" the group, according to Reuters.

Per the New York Times, the letter's preamble will state, "When in our democratic republic, forces of conspiracy, division, and despotism arise, it is the patriotic duty of citizens to act collectively in defense of liberty and justice."

We couldn’t agree more. There is no place in our Party for despotic, divisive, fraud-enabling Blue Anon RINOs. Bon voyage ✈️

DotNetMatt offers more insight:

The screenshot shows they used a data recovery software (https://www.r-studio.com/Data_Recovery_Technician.shtml) so it is likely that they were able to restore the files, however we can't know for sure. We can see 2 files have a size of 0 bytes so these are probably lost forever. When you delete a file on a computer, it's not really gone. It's still on the hard drive, but it is not visible to the user and the space used on the disk by this file is marked as free so it can be used to write something else when needed. So if nothing was written over the file then it is recoverable.

There are also possibilities to calculate what are the missing parts of a file, it looks like the software has this capability (file repair).
Coliseum secured for the audit through June 30th.
