JUST IN. Audit Liaison Ken Bennett🇺🇸Responds to SoS Katie Hobbs
“With all due respect, [your letter] reads like a political press release calculated to undermine a process that you have opposed since its inception. You will surely recall that when the audit was in the planning stages, the Senates representatives extended invitations to you and your fellow Democrats to collaborate in the formulation of audit procedures, which you rebuffed. My first act as the Senate Liaison was to reach out to the AZ Democratic Party to ask for a Democrat Co-Liaison to work beside me throughout the audit, which was rejected 3 times. … Needless to say, these rejections detract from the credibility of your professed interest in the conduct of the audit.
“Your decision to wait to send your letter until right after signing your settlement agreement demonstrates a degree of bad faith. You clearly had these concerns before signing the settlement agreement, and you could have raised them with us or incorporated them into the agreement before releasing your claims. Pursuant to Sections 2 and 3 of the Settlement Agreement, inter alia, you agreed to release all claims advanced in the litigation, including your claims that the auditor’s policies are legally inadequate or not “consistent with state and federal statutory and constitutional law and the EPM, including with respect to the security and integrity of ballots and election equipment.” (See Motion to Intervene filed on April 28th, 2021, page 8, inter alia.) Therefore, to the extent that you still question the adequacy of the auditor’s policies, you have released those claims; and to the extent that your letter implies that you intend to take any further legal action on that basis, you are in breach of the Settlement Agreement.
[…]
"As to your other concerns of risk, confusion, errors, and disregard of best practices, I suggest that these are opinions of your observers, with which I respectfully disagree. You have personally referred to this audit as a “Fraudit”, which confirms a bias and, therefore, lack of credibility far beyond the lack of credibility you assert. I can only believe that your bias is being
transmitted through the observers you send. Still, we welcome them and their input on how to make the audit successful."

The specific password and security tokens Ken Bennett referenced this week provide access to proprietary firmware and source code. Senate President Karen Fann Responds to the DOJ
Senator Fann tells the Department of Justice that the audit team has "indefinitely deferred" plans to canvass neighborhoods and knock on people's doors to verify voter registration information, a plan that Blue Anon critics and the OBiden DOJ worried would amount to voter intimidation.
Auditors made the decision weeks ago, before the partisan DOJ letter citing unfounded concerns about voter intimidation. The audit’s canvassing needs will be evaluated as the audit nears completion.

Propaganda Press AZ Mirror: Fann tells DOJ she has scrapped deferred audit plans to canvass voters.
Wishful Blue Anon thinking? Nothing in Fann’s statement suggests the canvassing operation has been abandoned. Last time we checked, “deferred” wasn’t a synonym for “scrapped.”
The statement of work for Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based cybersecurity firm that is overseeing the audit, states that the audit team worked with unnamed individuals to “statistically identify voter registrations that did not make sense.” The plan called for auditors to visit voters’ homes to determine if the person listed in voter registration records lived there and if they voted in the election.
Fann said the audit team won’t choose voters or precincts based on race, ethnicity, sex, party affiliation or any other legally protected status. Audit workers won’t carry firearms or wear badges or other insignia that would falsely imply they’re law enforcement or other government agents. Instead, they’ll wear brightly colored shirts identifying the specific vendor they’re working for. And they’ll explain up front that the voters don’t have to answer questions and that they’re not under investigation, using a standardized script with pre-approved questions.
“If canvassing is necessary to complete the audit, we believe these protocols, which will be reinforced by thorough training programs, would permit the Senate to discharge its legislative oversight and investigation functions without compromising the rights or privacy of any voter,” Fann said in the letter.
In response to the Justice Department and Brennan Center letters, former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, who is serving as a spokesman and liaison for the audit, described the canvassing in terms that implied it was still part of the audit team’s plans. He described the request for federal monitors as “laughable” and defended the plan from allegations of voter intimidation.

BREAKING: IT'S BACK ON! Election Subpoena Battle Between State Senate, Maricopa County Resumes
"Today the attorney for the AZ President once again threatened the Board of Supervisors with subpoenas to compel us to come to the Senate and explain what we have already made clear. The physical routers commanded in the January subpoenas route network traffic across 50 different County departments, not just the Elections Dpt. Those routers contain some information that is confidential; some is related to classified law enforcement activities; and access to this map of the County network could potentially allow someone to intercept sensitive data entrusted to us.
In addition to these concerns, we have learned providing the physical routers will cripple County operations and cost as much as $6 million if we must replace the routers while the Cyber Ninjas have them. We explored providing virtual images of the routers, but the security issues mentioned above remain the same."

Arizona Audit SITREP | UncoverDC Distills this Week’s Audit News
UncoverDC interviews GOP Chair Kelli Ward about the AZ Dem settlement, May 14th and the estimated time to completion, the need for volunteers, Judge Martin’s objectivity, and concludes with the question we’ve all been asking: What are the implications if, indeed, fraud is found? Would it lead the Legislature to audit the whole state?
“That’s a possibility. If enough fraud is found, that will throw the election into doubt just from Maricopa County, then Arizona’s electors were disenfranchised, and that would be a suit. If criminal activity is found, it will be reported to the State Attorney General or the DOJ.” Neither of us commented on the obvious reality that Joe Biden’s DOJ would be as interested in accepting this as a penguin is in being dropped into the Amazon rain forest. A statewide GOP suit would not preclude a class-action suit, though so far, the U.S. Supreme Court has ducked such cases with regularity.

SHOWDOWN In Friday AM email, Arizona Senate GOP lawyer threatens to haul all 5 Maricopa County supervisors & elections director into Senate for sworn testimony on why they won't hand over network routers and certain administrative passwords (county says it doesn't have).
“The Senate views the County’s explanations on the router and passwords issues as inadequate and potentially incorrect. Unless the Senate receives the materials today [Friday], they will issue subpoenas on Monday for live testimony from Mr Jarrett and each of the Supervisors personally…”

Puppet Penzone? Is Maricopa County Controlled by George Soros?
George Soros contributed at least $2 million to the campaign of Paul Penzone when he challenged Sheriff Joe Arpaio two years ago.
Maricopa County and the Phoenix metroplex are large areas… but this was still an election for a county sheriff. You have to wonder why the notorious billionaire would invest so much in Penzone’s campaign.
Former and current members of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department have strongly indicated the reasons for this outside intervention, and laid out a trail of bread crumbs that led to Penzone becoming sheriff, changing nearly every policy in the department to align with the ACLU’s narrative and agenda and placing deputies in the dangerous and conflictual position of declaring their steadfast loyalty to Penzone or face significant repercussions – made-up internal affairs investigations, secret meetings, and direct action to prevent deputies from laterally moving to other departments or police forces.

Sen. Borrelli: Biden DOJ Trying to Shut Down AZ Audit Means 'We're Right Over Target'🎯
Borrelli on the Hypocrat audit attacks: It’s given us more resolve because it means we’re way over target. If you read that letter from the Justice Department — everything in there was basically a joke. They’re accusing us of stuff that the County caused and the SOS caused. They listed all the left-wing news organizations in Arizona as a proof source. The SOS should have intervened to allow the audit to occur at MTEC. Now they’re trying to blame us for something they caused. Typical Dem Deflect. Distort. Distract. We’re not worried about the DOJ letter.

AZ Audit Director Ken Bennett Says “It’s Very Concerning” that Dominion Apparently Has Passwords & Control of Maricopa County Voting Systems
The Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson asked Ken about the Board of Supervisors’ claim that County officials DO NOT HAVE the passwords or administrative access to the Dominion voting systems.
Ken Bennett: Well, if they don’t have the passwords to the administrative functions then it has to be Dominion —which is very concerning to us that they don’t have complete control over their election systems. But maybe they’ll have an explanation for the Senate. And I think the Senate is equally concerned about that. Those drives that were subpoenaed so far have not been produced.
