The new signup form is hosted by Patrick Byrne’s Fund the Audit, part of The America Project, which has raised more than $1M for the Maricopa Audit so far.

BREAKING: Settlement Agreement Reached In AZ Democrats' Trivial Lawsuit Against State Senate/ Cyber Ninjas Audit

In the agreement, they acknowledge that:

(1) Cyber Ninjas is not currently comparing early ballot envelope signatures with those in the voter registration files and will notify Plaintiffs 48 hours in advance of any decision to undertake such signature verification;

(2) they will allow news reporters freer access to the recount presently taking place at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum;

(3) they will continue to allow the Secretary of State to send observers to the recount; and

(4) they will continue to abide by all of the policies and procedures which they submitted to the court last week.

Grasping at straws, Soros-backed SoS Hobbs delivered a sophomoric 6-page letter to @ArizonaAudit detailing 13 concerns identified by her observers, which must be addressed within 48 hours as specified in the settlement.

If true, who was in control of the administrative function of the machines? Huge chain of custody breach much like the one in Georgia.

GOP Chair Kelli Ward AZ Audit Update

The original ambitious target audit completion date of May 14th will not be met. Kelli expects the audit to take a 3 - 4 day pause starting 5/14 and then pickup again after the graduation ceremonies at the Coliseum.

According to a heavily-biased AZ Mirror article, Ken Bennett estimates that approximately 200K ballots have been counted as of Wednesday. If true, and assuming they are able to double the counting stations, that would put their new target completion date near the end of June (our estimate).

Kelli notes that today’s settlement agreement had a revealing clause on signature verification. It requires the audit to acknowledge that it is not currently comparing early ballot envelope signatures with those in the voter registration files — and to agree that it will not begin signature verification without first giving the Plaintiffs 48 hours notice. Clearly we’ve identified a potential fraud hive. Kelli’s team was able to examine 100 signatures after the election and found that up to 11% of the signatures in that tiny sample were likely invalid.

The third NH auditor has been chosen — UC Berkeley’s Dr. Philip Stark. Bad news: he was a former board member of Soros-affiliated Verified Voting, whose co-founder Mark Lindeman openly opposed the Maricopa audit; and, Stark is the creator of the much-abused risk-limiting audit, which is designed to recount rather than detect fraud. Interesting news: he resigned from Verified Voting’s board in strong protest in December 2019, citing serious ethical concerns about VV’s methods.

Asked what he wasn't able to do to evaluate the voting machines because they are missing certain passwords, he said they would not be able to gain administrative access that they believe that would allow them to run batch reports on ballots.

On batch reports...

Batch reports a way that the auditors could break down the ballots by groups as they count, to compare to the county's count.

Without them, they can only compare the final totals.
