Supreme Court Justice Bolick's Order Re: Election Audit Special Action
Friday morning, Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury held a hearing on the request for a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) to stop the audit. He ordered a "pause" over the weekend (until noon, Monday) IF the Democrats posted a $1M bond to cover damages if their case was thrown out. He ALSO ordered that the Senate/Ninjas produce their policies/procedures for conducting the audit and that they follow all state laws.
The State Senate filed an Emergency Special Action with the Arizona Supreme Court to overturn Judge Coury's "pause", among other things. The Democrats decided not to post the bond, so the "pause" was off the table and the audit could continue on Saturday and Monday morning.
This afternoon, Supreme Court Justice Clint Bolick heard arguments on the Special Action. He took no action, praised Judge Coury's handling of the morning hearing, and ordered an updated pleading from the State Senate on Tuesday, responses on Wednesday, and a reply on Thursday. Either Justice Bolick - who is the "duty Justice" for the next week - or the entire Supreme Court will take it from there.

Update on Thumb-drive -> Pocket Footage
All is well. The man with the thumb-drive was identified. He is part of the audit IT staff. He was using the thumb-drive to perform an update on the camera system. His actions were fully sanctioned. The security team is extremely impressed that our community identified that micro-movement — an AZ Ranger and a cowboy hat guy waved to the camera to thank us. Keep up the excellent monitoring work — it’s much appreciated!

The Republican Party is demanding that Governor Ducey of Arizona immediately provide large-scale security for the brave American Patriots doing the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election. Governor Ducey will be held fully responsible for the safety of those involved. State police or National Guard must be immediately sent out for protection. The Democrats do not want to have this information revealed, and they will do anything to stop it. Governor Ducey must finally act!

Arizona Justice Confirms Lower Court’s Ruling — FORENSIC AUDIT WILL CONTINUE — Until At Least THURSDAY!
Good news: As we reported yesterday, AZ Supreme Court Justice Bolick confirmed and “praised” the lower court’s ruling, which affirmed that “the audit will proceed,” and required a $1M bond to be posted by the Dems to secure a temporary halt.
Potentially concerning news: While Judge Coury has repeatedly ruled in the Senate’s favor, Justice Bolick’s leanings are unknown. Bolick was appointed by RINO Ducey and has ties to the Koch family (link below). In addition, his wife was on the 2020 ballot and won her election to the AZ House.
Justice Bolick will deliver his ruling on Thursday.
