Latest update on remaining motions are providing partial wins:

— LOSS: The judge has ruled that the plaintiff has to collect information on a county by county basis and is saying that the Plaintiff will have to win in Antrim County before the plaintiff can go forward with other counties. The judge said he is leaving the parties to work that portion out amongst themselves.

This will make DePerno's work a lot more difficult.

— WIN # 1: More discovery needs to be done with regards to the cell phone. Tabulator tape for Antrim County MUST BE PROVIDED. This is REALLY GOOD. The tabulator tape counts the actual votes and controls the outcome in an audit, it does not rely on what the machines said were votes.

— WIN #2: the judge is requiring the Plaintiff be provided the IP ADDRESSES.

— WIN #3: The clerk has to review and produce any information that happened to be missed initially. Plaintiff is entitled to communication to county and state officials if something was not produced from the initial request and provision. Must be produced within 28 days from this date.

— WIN #4: The judge left the door open to future discovery / investigation in the 8 additional counties, pending Antrim results.

Michigan:
We first noted this in this audit of Antrim County performed by Deperno. We reported after the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines by a group brought in by attorney Deperno, that the Dominion Voting machines there were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder, and, “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The number of votes going to adjudication should be a fraction of this.

Nevada:
We next found voting machines that were set at around a 70% adjudication rate in Clark County, Nevada.

Georgia:
In Georgia, we noticed that an individual can ‘adjudicate’ a ballot by him or herself and can even push through blank ballots into the system and record them as voting for whomever they want (🔗Coffee County Election Supervisor video) Also, the adjudication system in Dominion provides no data (or audit trail) to show who did the adjudication on a ballot. This weakness needs to be addressed in the voting machine systems.

Arizona:
Senator Townsend said that in Maricopa County there was an 11.27% adjudication rate in the 2020 general election (🔗Maricopa AZ - Townsend, 🔗GP). A normal adjudication rate is less than 2%.

UPDATE: Judge In Fulton County, GA Hearing Prevents Scanning Of Actual Ballots…Until Images Reviewed First

It looks like Judge Brian J Amero, Henry County Superior Court is going to rule that VoterGA can only scan images of the ballots and not the actual ballots themselves, and therefore VoterGA will not be able to detect the counterfeit ballots.

Gov. Doug Ducey has vetoed a bill that would have given the secretary of state control of an online voter registration system that is currently managed by the Arizona Department of Transportation.

In explaining his first veto of the year, Ducey said Arizonans recognize and appreciate the website developed by ADOT, and transferring control to the state’s top election official would remove checks and balances from the system.

Arizona Also Adjudicated Thousands of Ballots (One Out of Eight) in 2020 Election – This Should Never Happen Again

Republicans and concerned citizens in every state should demand a review of their results from the 2020 Election to determine the adjudication rates of their results and to determine whether the ballots that were adjudicated were adjudicated properly. A full forensic audit should be performed to determine the validity of all the ballots recorded in the states’ elections.

The Board of Supervisors (BOS) is currently meeting with the Senate. Their Agenda includes "Board Responsibilities & Authority RE Elections, Ballots, & Compliance with Senate Subpoena." Let’s help the Senate WIN by inundating the BOS with emails‼️

Pease be respectful but firm. Patrick Byrne offers the following email suggestion:

“The AZ Senate took a highly discipled and methodical approach to their decision making process when choosing how to conduct a full forensics and signature audit on behalf of the citizens of Arizona. This was done over a period of months in a fully transparent way and the citizens of Arizona should be proud of the process, the transparency and the overall desire to get to the truth. This is about discovering the truth and ensuring the people of Arizona have full confidence in the election system and processes when it comes to executing our right to vote.”

I suggest adding the following second paragraph to it:

The Senate’s subpoena grants the Senate full “access or control” of all election materials and equipment. The BOS needs to comply with the subpoena and stop obstructing The People’s audit. To preserve the integrity of the evidence, the election equipment/ network audit must be conducted at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center. If there’s nothing to hide, then stop acting guilty.
