SB-1485 deals with removing people from the permanent early ballot list who have not used their early ballot for 4 consecutive elections. Use it or lose it! Unused ballots are a gold mine for fraud in the electoral system. This bill is now in the House and expected to PASS

HB-2569 deals with a prohibition of private funding to counties for elections
(Zuckerberg election interference). When private money infiltrates public elections, the thumb of the left distorts the outcome. "But this is because the state doesn't give enough funding," they say. Horse feathers! This bill is now in the Senate and expected to PASS

HCR-2023 concerns the proper authority for elections, which is the state not the federal government. This is a resolution that would notify Congress that we assert our State of AZ authority over elections. It is a direct response to the attempted takeover of Arizona's elections from HR 1. This bill is now in the House and expected to PASS

Gail Golec, AZ Citizen Activist, Special Guest on HUB Radio Phoenix

In this interview Gail underscores that the equipment audit must take place at the Maricopa County Tabulation & Election Center (MTEC) and the Senate’s January subpoena grants the Senate full access and control. Among other things, the subpoena specifies that the Senate has “access or control of ALL routers, tabulators or combinations thereof, used in connection with the administration of the 2020 election, and the public IP of the router.”

She also describes hacking into MTEC’s nest cameras (min 8:00), accessing the entire file system of the County Recorder, and observing workers tampering with the voting machines. “Nine tabulation machines performed 93% of all tabulation. All nine have been disassembled and reassembled.”

Think about it for a second... the Secretary of State has certified the election. But...Since showing you guys how to check your own voting record, I've already received several messages from folks informing me that their votes are not recorded there, for a total of about a dozen ballots so far, and you guys are only just getting started.

When Joe Blystone wrote the Secretary of State, they assured him that it was a clerical error. If your vote is not recorded there, and you contact the Secretary of State, I imagine that you will receive the same excuse. But think about it for a second... The ballots tallied by the machines matches the ballots tallied in the database. At least, that is what the Secretary of State has certified. So then, whose ballots were actually tallied in the count?

I have been aggressively studying the election data since late December. Believe me, I have reams and reams of such forensic evidence. The fun part about this situation is that YOU can confirm in small part what I have proven in large part.

And now that you realize that I am not making this up, perhaps you will join the movement for election reform in our country. Believe me, as serious as this is, this is only a minor symptom of the real problem.

For now, you need to understand at least these things, if you ever again want to have real elections:
1) We must have paper ballots, cast in person, with photo ID.
2) We must only count them after they are all turned in, manually, after the polls are closed.
3) Each precinct must maintain a paper poll-book, that is the arbiter of voting on election day (most precincts are only several hundred voters).
4) There are some valid reasons for absentee ballots, but they must be rare.

Arizona Election Integrity Update: Location Found for the Audit

Information relayed to UncoverDC by Finchem from the Senate leadership indicates that they have now “secured 20,000+ square footage known as the Coliseum at our state fairgrounds to perform the audit; arrangements for 24-hour physical and live streaming security and the audit teams are assembling and transporting the equipment and personnel to Arizona with an expected start date of the laborious task of ballot-by-ballot inspection and tabulation on April 22nd.”

Antrim County hearing update regarding the 1st matter of "Joint Motion for Protective Order"

Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer has DISMISSED the 8 subpoenas to allow further discovery that would be "used as [a] control group" to confirm or deny assertions that the Antrim County election results were manipulated algorithmically.

Per the judge:

"The court finds that the information that the plaintiff (DePerno) seeks is not likely to lead to relevant information for the following reasons:

"The plaintiff has not put forth admissible evidence to show that there would be even a possibility of such recovery. The "experts" that have been identified to support its contentions — Frank, CyberNinja, and Penrose — while having interesting theories, are not expert witnesses that have, as of yet, been named within this court's case management order, and were produced in the waning hours after discovery had closed in this case.

"The plaintiff has not deposed the witnesses who may indeed know about the deleted messages and put them under oath. Discovery [period] is closed."

The motion for approval by the defense (the State) has been granted.

This is not what we were hoping to hear. There are other aspects of this matter still being discussed and the hearing in whole is not finished, merely this initial motion.

Latest update on remaining motions are providing partial wins:

— LOSS: The judge has ruled that the plaintiff has to collect information on a county by county basis and is saying that the Plaintiff will have to win in Antrim County before the plaintiff can go forward with other counties. The judge said he is leaving the parties to work that portion out amongst themselves.

This will make DePerno's work a lot more difficult.

— WIN # 1: More discovery needs to be done with regards to the cell phone. Tabulator tape for Antrim County MUST BE PROVIDED. This is REALLY GOOD. The tabulator tape counts the actual votes and controls the outcome in an audit, it does not rely on what the machines said were votes.

— WIN #2: the judge is requiring the Plaintiff be provided the IP ADDRESSES.

— WIN #3: The clerk has to review and produce any information that happened to be missed initially. Plaintiff is entitled to communication to county and state officials if something was not produced from the initial request and provision. Must be produced within 28 days from this date.

— WIN #4: The judge left the door open to future discovery / investigation in the 8 additional counties, pending Antrim results.

EXCLUSIVE: Voting Machine Systems Should Be Banned from US Elections Until the Highly Suspect “Adjudication Process” Is Defined and Corrected

Voting machine adjudication is a fraud-enablement weapon.

Michigan:
We first noted this in this audit of Antrim County performed by Deperno. We reported after the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines by a group brought in by attorney Deperno, that the Dominion Voting machines there were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder, and, “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The number of votes going to adjudication should be a fraction of this.

Nevada:
We next found voting machines that were set at around a 70% adjudication rate in Clark County, Nevada.

Georgia:
In Georgia, we noticed that an individual can ‘adjudicate’ a ballot by him or herself and can even push through blank ballots into the system and record them as voting for whomever they want (🔗Coffee County Election Supervisor video) Also, the adjudication system in Dominion provides no data (or audit trail) to show who did the adjudication on a ballot. This weakness needs to be addressed in the voting machine systems.

Arizona:
Senator Townsend said that in Maricopa County there was an 11.27% adjudication rate in the 2020 general election (🔗Maricopa AZ - Townsend, 🔗GP). A normal adjudication rate is less than 2%.
