The analysis has allowed to detect high overall gender inequalities in many Sub-Saharian Africa countries and in different regions from East and Central Asia.
Our findings allow also to emphasise how former Soviet countries are characterised by a greater level of discrimination related to physical integrity, albeit these States do not experience high level of overall social institution inequalities.
The map of the family code country scores (see Fig. 8) highlights how a higher presence of discriminatory family codes can be found in a number of Islamic countries, such as Algeria, Morocco, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, among others.
The analysis has shown evidence of a limited relative female participation in education in the majority of the African States, in the Middle East countries and in Afghanistan, and that gender inequalities in labour market are higher in different Islamic countries.

Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls https://perma.cc/SLS9-T9MV
Worldwide, nearly 1 in 4 girls between the ages of 15 and 19 are neither employed nor in education or training – compared to 1 in 10 boys https://perma.cc/5JDX-MZF3
The Gender Equality Index gives the EU and the Member States a score from 1 to 100. A score of 100 would mean that a country had reached full equality between women and men https://perma.cc/H4LF-C9L2
About wage, we need to consider that women get maybe 1-2 kids .... (so it's partially correct they get less money, because we still need to pay for they "paid kid holiday") but we don't need to take as excuses, like we already wrote here https://xn--r1a.website/SwitzerlandFacts/181 showing how this concept is just abused!
Conclusion: we first need to fix all such discrimination, instead of thinking to implement a no sense third gender ... and yes, trans and similar people should still not get discrimination ... like you don't need to discriminate other countries (means even 🇷🇺 Russians!!!!), people, animals, women ....

There is an important point that need to be considered, so the working approach of girls / women, means do they want to work 100%, do they want to come back once they had a kid, etc. Now we will not discuss such things ...
