The sad reality, is that some people are using the rape to get viral or famous. Now we are not saying such girl is saying bullshit or whatever, since we don't know anything and have any proofs and we haven't done a full search about such story. But the sentence done was still correct, if there are missing proofs. A men cannot be sentenced just because a girl is saying "i got raped" (true or fake?) without proofs (but proofs should not be hidden by police etc ...).
This situation is sad for both sides: If the girl really got raped, the man is still free to rape other girls. If the girl is saying bullshit, the man maybe get a 20, life or death sentence for nothing. Here we go again: it's important to make sentences based on proofs (not 💩 like sometimes happens). No one will be happy in such case (except if the girl is saying fake things and the dude is not getting a sentence!).
It's a complex sad topic and decision.

20 Jahren, bei der diese Prüfung nach 13,3 Jahren erfolgt.
Die Probezeit dauert auch bei der bedingten Entlassung aus einer lebenslangen Freiheitsstrafe höchstens fünf Jahre.
Die Erhöhung des unbedingt zu vollziehenden Strafteils auf 25 oder 30 Jahre (Vorschlag 1) ist abzulehnen. Eine Erhöhung auf 25 Jahre dürfte unter EMRK-Gesichtspunkten zwar noch zulässig sein, befindet sich rechtsvergleichend betrachtet aber im oberen Bereich.
