How a token like NACKL gets listed when the team does NOT list it, but the community does (using a DEX)

1. What "listing" on a DEX means
On a DEX, "listing" does not mean approval or permission.
A token like NACKL is considered listed when:
- The NACKL token exists on-chain
- There is at least one liquidity pool involving NACKL (e.g., NACKL/USDC)

2. Who can list NACKL?
Anyone can.
There are:
- No listing requests
- No listing fees
- No approval from the NACKL team
If a community member owns NACKL tokens and the paired asset (BTC, ETH, USDC, etc.), they can create a pool on the DEX.

3. Community-driven listing process (step by step)
3.1 NACKL already exists on-chain
The token contract (or Move coin, SPL token, etc.) must already be deployed.
Without an on-chain token, nothing can be traded.

3.2 A community member creates a liquidity pool
Example:
Pair: NACKL / USDC
Deposit: 100 NACKL + 100 USDC
The DEX automatically sets the initial price
⚠️ The first liquidity provider defines the initial price, even if it is arbitrary.

3.3 The pool becomes immediately tradable
Once created:
The NACKL pair appears on the DEX
Users can swap
Other users can add or remove liquidity
No central authority is involved.

4. What the community usually CANNOT do
Even if NACKL is tradable on a DEX, the community generally cannot:
- Force a listing on major CEXs
- Guarantee permanent liquidity
- Prevent early price manipulation
- Enforce wallet or exchange support
