Several Ukrainian HIMARS rockets struck the Luch Thermal Power Plant in Belgorod City last night. Strong explosions were heard and fires broke out. At least 40,000 people were left without power.
Media 3 shows rockets being launched from within Kharkiv City. Trails from several other rockets are also visible in that video.
The Luch TPP was previously hit and damaged by HIMARS GMLRS on September 28.

Last night, a large-scale Russian Geran-2 drone attack was carried out on Kharkiv City. Most, if not all drones impacted.
The main target seems to be the Zalyutino 330 kV substation. Power outages were reported afterwards. Additionally, some form of industrial building was struck in the Shevchenkivskyi District.

One of the targets hit by KAB glide-bombs in Zaporizhzhia City was the Omelchenko Machine-building plant.
This plant is/was used to produce airplane and helicopter engines, and other critical aviation parts for civilian and military use. It also produces power generating sets, and technological equipment.

A rocket/missile was detected flying to Sumy from Kursk Oblast, and disappeared around the time of the explosion. There was also an Italmas drone flying low over the city at the time, so the explosion could have been from that.
