Scenes from the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers building in Kyiv, where a fire was burning after last night's Russian combined drone and missile attack.

Considering the very minor level of damage, the building was not targeted, but instead was either hit by air defence, or more likely a downed drone.

Last night, a combined missile and drone attack was carried out on Kyiv Oblast. At least 40 Geran-2 drones and as many as 6 Iskander-K cruise missiles impacted targets, mostly in Kyiv City.

It's difficult to single out specific targets due to a lack of footage and FIRMS data, but it's known that the Plumbing blank factory (50.44947, 30.39306), and likely the warehouses in Svyatoshyns'kyi District at 50.439092, 30.389167 were among the main targets.

Additionally, an airfield previously used for aircraft renting was hit in Hoholiv. It was likely used to station helicopters used for air defence purposes.

Scenes from Odesa which was targeted by Russian Geran-2 drones last night. At least 10 impacts were recorded in the city, including at the port. One Iskander-K cruise missile was also used on the city, likely impacting the port.

Additionally, further Gerans impacted the substation near the village of Mishchanka at 46.699587, 30.931603.

Last night, a series of Geran-2 drone strikes were carried on Zaporizhzhia City. At least 14 impacts were recorded in two waves, primarily targeting industrial infrastructure and warehouses.

Ukrainian air defence has become more active in Zaporizhzhia lately. Previously the anti-air fire was more chaotic, but lately there is a clear 10-15 seconds of shooting, followed by an explosion from the Geran hitting its target or getting shot down. It has become more coordinated, going after specific targets, resulting in more interceptions. This change in tactics suggests that new mobile air defence crews have been brought into the city.
